The original Swish is about the basic principles of the Swish Method and what it takes to achieve great, pure shooting. It's a simple-yet-profound introduction to a powerful way to shoot a basketball. Kids, parents and coaches can watch it and come to understand the principles they need to practice and master to improve shooting skill.

Both the tape and DVD version of Swish include a 35-page "Swish Workbook" (the text of the video, word-for-word) plus the 2-page take-to-the-court "Shooting Guide." Note the Workbook is also included as a PDF on the Swish DVD disc. Some catalog companies (e.g. Amazon.com) and libraries offer only the DVD disc and don't include the printed Workbook. For such orders, use a computer to access and print out the PDF Workbook. If that doesn't work, email us and we'll send you a PDF of the Workbook.

If you can only afford one video, get Swish 2 (see next), as it's a more complete and thorough presentation of this way of shooting. But Swish, the original, is SO effective, especially for younger kids, that we recommend strongly you get it, too, for just an additional $15, with no extra for shipping. It's worth that, many times over! Swish can be watched in the beginning and then occasionally for the simple wisdom it offers. Swish 2, meanwhile, can be viewed over and over and over, it's so rich with information and extraordinary demonstrations by players, not just the coach.
