Three typical formats (other timeframes can be arranged):
• Half-day, 4-hour “clinics”
• 3-hour “Free Throw clinics”
• Two-day, 7-hour “camps”
To have clinics or camps in your area, Tom would need a guaranteed minimum fee, depending on the number of coaching days and the travel time and cost.
HALF-DAY, 4-HOUR CLINICS
For an experience in just one day, a 4-hour format gives Tom time to lead a slow, awareness-filled experience in learning. By the end, participants know fairly deeply what and how to practice and how to coach themselves. That’s the only way this coaching is really going to stick! Tom can do one or two per day.
3-HOUR FREE THROW CLINICS
This format is similar to the 4-hour clinic, but serves more as an introduction to self-coaching. Its main focus is applying Swish principles to the Free Throw, including Tom’s latest discoveries about this simple, can-be-frustrating shot. The “Swish Free Throw” makes this shot easy, a sure thing! This coaching is included in all of Tom's different sessions, and he can do one or two of these clinics per day.
TWO-DAY CAMPS – *** THE PREFERRED FORMAT*** (Allows for deep learning!)
These are 7 hour, two-day experiences, with a suggested 3 1/2 hours the first day and 3 1/2 hours the second (other formats are also possible). The two-day experience gives the students an evening in between to watch the Swish DVDs, practice what they are learning, and develop questions to ask. The second day becomes magical as the kids get more deeply what’s possible and learn additional ways to practice it and play with it. Tom can do two of these Camp formats in a two-day period, with two sessions per day, both a morning camp and an afternoon camp, for example.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age for this training is ~11, though serious younger players may be accepted with special permission. Call Tom for that: 888/794-7422. Kids just need a certain level of strength and maturity as basketball players to really "get" what Tom is teaching. He can teach any age, but it takes more personal attention if the child is lacking those qualities. If a parent can be there to assist at each step, then it could work.

Coaches can observe for no charge, but if you participate as a student, the being involved

SWISH COACHING IN SAN DIEGO, SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AFTER CHRISTMAS?
I will be in San Diego Dec. 26-30* and am available to do a clinic or private lessons on a couple of those days.
Most notably Sunday, Dec. 27th, is wide open, and Monday and Tuesday are possible in the morning or early afternoon.
Contact me if you have access to a gym during this time. For the clinic, I would need 4 hours and can take up to 24 enrollments.
This can be a good fundraiser for you as the players learn both how to shoot and how to coach themselves.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Clinics and camps generally have a maximum of 24 kids, giving enough time for lots of individual coaching in addition to the group exercises. The two-day camp s is especially powerful because the kids are asked to view the video overnight and the next day we have incredible learning as the previous day's lessons are put into additional practical use. The Free Throw option is a quick, lower-cost way to get a player or team into high performance from the Line, and what's learned will be transferable to the Jumper and 3-pt shot.
Note that a school or basketball association could engage Tom to coach their team or a couple teams for an extended period for the flat rate. Call for details and to set up such a visit. While in the area, he can do private sessions and train coaches to coach the Method. Scholarships are available.

TRAINING COACHES TO COACH THE SWISH METHOD
Tom is committed to training coaches in this approach to shooting. He will be developing more lesson plans when he has the time. His blockbuster second DVD, "Swish 2 -- Learning and Coaching the Swish Method," is now available. To become proficient in coaching this Method, the first step is to get the Swish videos (both Swish and Swish 2) and take on shooting yourself. The more you can do it, the better the coach you will become.
